This app is well designed and fixes the lack of a Google tasks app in iOS

Update: Ive been using this with paid pro unlock for years. Tried out the widget today on the home screen pull down widget view. All my tasks vanished. Went from 70+ tasks to 0 tasks. Googled and tried various tricks to get them back. Theyre not even in the recent trash. Nothing worked. Theyre gone. Im deleting the app and never using it again. Previous: Best features & most powerful UI for a gTasks app. Trial mode allows powerful sync/use of existing gtasks but limits the count of new tasks you can input on mobile. Full mode is cheap and allows unlimited count input on mobile.

I cant say enough good things about this app. It keeps me on top of things with my busy schedule. It syncs quickly with tasks on google calendar and any changes you make. Its great having the number notification over the app icon to remind me of things left to do in the day. Great app for forgetful people like me!

I have this synchronized among my iPhone, iPad? And my GMAIL on my laptop. It works great. Also with Sync2 it also Syncs with my personal Outlook.

Able to work with this app along with my personal calendar...

Theres a limit of 7 tasks on this free version. I uninstalled and found another app thats free.

Very easy to change task categories and order. Intuitive. Really like it!

Best task app I have come across so far!

I recommend as a tool to help for someone that has a lot on their plate at work, home, etc.

App is better than the one supplied by Google itself. I love that you can sort ALL tasks, regardless of the list, by date.

Every now and then I try out other Google task programs but keep coming back to gTasks. It has started to nag me to buy the pro version, which is a bit annoying.

Made a list with subtasks of things to pack and do before I travel. Use it every time I go out of town. Extremely helpful.

This app is a good start, but theres room for improvement, especially for those using it across Apple devices. In hopes that the developer will read this, heres my list of requests for improvement. Mac 1. There doesn’t seem to be an option to set the default alert time, like there is on the iOS app. Instead, the only option on the Mac is 9:00. I’d like to be able to change that. 2. I’d like to be able to set a due date without setting a time. Even if I uncheck the time, it still populates at 9:00. Then, I have to go back in again and clear out that time. This appears to be available for change as a setting in the Auto Alert setting on the iOS app. 3. Is it possible to set a location associated with a task on the Mac app? I know that this is possible on iOS. iOS 4. On the iOS interface, please allow users to turn off the pop-up notifications when opening the app. They’re annoying, esp for a paid app. Both Mac and iOS 5. Could you allow users to choose different UIs? I’d like to have options for fonts and colors. 6. Can you sync the list color coding across devices? When I set up a list color on one device, please have it sync across all devices so that manual set up isn’t necessary for each device. So far, I’ve had to do this on each of the iPhone, iPad and the Mac. 7. Likewise, when I change the name of a list and/or its manual order on one device, it doesn’t seem to update on the others. Please have this sync across all devices. 8. Is it possible to share a list? This is an important feature.

I like google tasks it keeps things simple,and its very easy to use. Ive had the app for over 6 month, and with google keep and google calendar my productivity has improved dramatically. I also like and use the inbox gmail app, but like to use spark for email, but overall google is the king when it comes to productivity products.

Use this app for some time now. No problems or concerns. Works fast and smoothly. No bugs. Great job! Suggestion: Add more sound options. Tanks a lot, Alex
