Excellent but simple task app, but..

Excellent but simple task app, but support poor to non existent. Sent in a problem 4 days ago, no response other than the instant well get back to you.. then nothing. Good app, but a concern if no one there to respond to a simple question.. is anyone home? Or moved on..?
